The wife of goalkeeper Iker Casillas, who suffered a heart attack while training with Porto just three weeks ago, has revealed she is fighting ovarian cancer.Sara Carbonero announced the shocking news in an emotional social media post.

Todo ha salido muy bien, afortunadamente lo hemos pillado muy a tiempo pero todava me quedan unos meses de lucha mientras sigo el tratamiento correspondiente. Estoy tranquila y con la confianza de que todo va a salir bien. S que el camino ser duro pero tambin que tendr un final feliz. Cuento con el apoyo de mi familia y amigos y con un gran equipo mdico.
